Refund, Exchanges and Cancellations Policy

Nia’s Collection wants all of our customers to be satisfied. If you decide that you change your mind and you want to cancel your purchase, you must make your cancellation within 24 hours. Allow up to 10 business days to receive your funds back on your original form of payment.

After we receive your payment, we will ship your products out within 3-5 business days. If payment is made on the weekend please allow the next business day for your shipment to be process.
